Porgandid riivida, kuumutada õlis, hautada väheses vees pehmeks. Makaronid keeta. Keedetud makaronid ja hautatud porgandid segada, maitsestada, asetada ettevalmistatud ahjuvormi, valada üle maitsestatud muna-piimaseguga. Peale puistata riivjuustu. Küpsetada vormirooga 175°C juures ~25 minutit.
